Forever & Today, Inc. is a non-profit that is a sponsored organization of the New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA),
a 501(c)3, curates and commissions projects including exhibitions, site-specific installations, performances, editions, publications focusing on a collaboration with a single artist, collective, or collaborative entity. Currently inhabiting a storefront on the cusp between New York’s Chinatown and Lower East Side, Forever & Today, Inc. offers a unique set of circumstances for artists to create new work and engage diverse audiences through educational and public programs.

Co-Directors & Curators Ingrid Chu (MA, Curatorial Studies, Center for Curatorial Studies, Bard College, Annandale-on-Hudson, 2003) and Savannah Gorton (MA, Curating Contemporary Art, Royal College of Art, London, 2004), formed a curatorial partnership to found Forever & Today, Inc. in 2008. Chu and Gorton have an extensive history at leading international museums and non-profit art organizations including Creative Time, New York, The Kitchen, New York, The Noguchi Museum, Long Island City, The Power Plant, Toronto, Printed Matter’s The NY Art Book Fair, New York, SFMoMA, San Francisco, SITE Santa Fe, and Whitechapel Gallery, London, among others.
